Job Description The logistics coordinator will be one of the main drivers of EZFill's success. They will coordinate requests, communication, assignments, and the tracking of all EZFill deliveries. Working with our Operations, Sales, and Customer Success departments, the Logistics Coordinator will communicate directly with customers, both internal and external, with the goal of providing customer success. The logistics coordinator plans all daily routes and driver activity to ensure 100% on-time service in the most efficient manner possible.
Job Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Ensures all deliveries scheduled for a given shift are routed for 100% on-time delivery.
- Dispatches routes based on customer orders, time windows, schedules, vehicles, and routing area traffic trends.
- Provides drivers with proper communication, instruction, and general information to execute a high level of customer success.
- Uses appropriate communication mediums to regularly communicate regarding fuel, transportation, delivery, and customer service.
- Maintains records of driver returns, route completion, refueling, trucks, and any issues that arise during the shift.
- Answers incoming calls from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitors equipment and fuel levels to ensure customer demand can be met.
- Provides weekly KPIs and analytics
- Other duties as assigned.

This is an exempt position with some weekend and overnight availability required.
