Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Our client is seeking an exceptional individual to join their team, one who embodies stellar listening, communication, and phone etiquette. The ideal candidate thrives in problem-solving, and conflict resolution, and excels in analyzing information while fostering strong relationships. If you possess the drive and determination to deliver unparalleled service, from quotation to order fulfillment and beyond, you might be the perfect fit! Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager:
As a hands-on manager, you'll be actively engaged in daily operations
Accurately processing sales orders promptly, ensuring all necessary details are correct
Resolving customer issues, including shipping discrepancies and invoicing requests
Proactively upselling customers on new equipment purchases
Monitoring and ensuring prompt shipment of aged orders
Coaching, mentoring, and developing the Customer Relations Support (CRS) team of four Qualifications of the Customer Service Manager:
Prior experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
Proficiency in MS Office tools, including email and Excel, is desired
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and Made 2 Manage
