Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

We are looking for a dedicated and confident individual to join our team at Genuine Parts as a Customer Service Officer working remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately - Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date - Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptability to changing priorities and situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
