Job Description:
Entergy is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working independently and reliably to meet and exceed their needs.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and service requests. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to address complex customer inquiries. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers. 8. Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Meet and exceed established performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote work environment. 4. Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills. 5. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. 6. Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software. 7. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 8. Availability to work full-time hours with occasional overtime as needed. 9. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus.
