Job Description - Customer Service Pharmacy Technician

Job summary
SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy Delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services Providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager • Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries • Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times • Clarify orders as needed
Requirements
• Active FL Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed • Previous experience in pharmacy • LTC pharmacy experience preferred • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Moderate to advanced computer skills required • Great telephone etiquette a must • Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus • High school diploma or equivalent
