By doing Customer Service - Remote at Voyageur Vistas, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and assistance with their travel-related inquiries and requests. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a positive impact on our clients' travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Serve as a knowledgeable and friendly resource for clients, addressing inquiries, providing recommendations, and assisting with bookings and reservations.
Booking Assistance: Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the reservation process.
Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues to the client's satisfaction.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring timely responses and updates.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about destination information, travel policies, and industry updates to provide accurate and up-to-date assistance to clients.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, including recording details of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address client needs, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.
