As a Customer Service Representative your Responsibilities will be to. Key Responsibilities DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responds to consumer/customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution regarding the organization's products and services before, during, and after a transaction, in accordance with the organization's service standards. General Profile.
• Typically, vocationally qualified but has limited work experience.
• Will be assigned tasks and work following established procedures.
• Uses existing, clearly defined procedures to solve routine problems. Depends upon others for instruction, guidance, and direction.
• Work is subject to review by others. Professional Knowledge.
• Developing skills in basic practices and procedures in one area through formal training.
• Able to apply basic technical skills together with business knowledge to own work.

This is a Full-time, Contract opportunity.

Duration: 6 months
Shift: 1st shift
Pay: $15.35 - $25.59 Hourly *Pay range offered to a successful candidate
