Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay: $18-20/hr based on experience

What skills are we looking for in a Senior Customer Service Representative?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment taking inbound calls from members

• Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems while adhering to policies, procedures and regulations

• Be knowledgeable in understanding/performing/troubleshooting a broad variety of member service requests such as transactions, basic account maintenance and card related activities

• Process loan applications

• Assist members with Digital Banking Services

• Have full knowledge of HFCU’s products and services and the ability to offer products/services to members appropriately which contributes to the retention and building of financial relationships with our members

• Utilizing strong customer service skills through both verbal and written communication
