Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Kelly is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our client via phone and email communication. As a representative, you will handle incoming calls and emails from the receptionist and provide exceptional customer service to clients. This is a non-customer facing role, where you will primarily interact with customers remotely. Training will be provided for all processes, and no advanced knowledge or degree is required. We value attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a professional phone and typing skills.

Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Customer Service Representative (on-site)

  • Location: Dublin, OH

  • Pay Rate: $16-18/hour

  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (9am-5:30pm w/30-minute lunch)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from the receptionist and provide excellent customer service

  • Utilize Outlook, our website/software, and Microsoft products to effectively communicate with clients

  • Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
