Job Description

HVAC Customer Service Representative Orange County – $29-$33/hr

Summary

HVAC sales/distributor in Orange County with great pay and benefits is looking for a self motivated customer service representative looking for career growth.  Willing to train the right person in both HVAC technical and sales knowledge.  The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, driven, outgoing, and willing to be the face of our company to current and past customers.  No hard/cold sales.  We care about our employees and it shows.  Many of our employees have been on our team for decades.  

Responsibilities

Establish contact with current and legacy customers

Onsite customer visits to distribute promotional material, answer questions, re-engage old customers, and gather information on upcoming needs.

Company vehicle provided for customer visits 

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers

Attend industry trade shows or local industry events

Generate and submit activity reports to management

Participate in sales and technical industry training

In store counter CSR/sales representative duties 

Some customer deliveries when needed, would have some inventory in the company vehicle

Be the face of the company to existing and legacy MRO customers

Job Requirements

Requirements

2-3 years of in person customer service experience

Technically minded  - HVAC or other construction materials CSR experience is a plus

Outgoing personality - enjoys working with people

Driven - self motivated person who wants to advance their career based on building customer relationships and growing our business

Current CA driver's license and acceptable driving record
