Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Clear Concepts Management is a fast-paced customer acquisition company dedicated to helping our clients expand their customer base and drive growth. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and fostering positive interactions to drive customer acquisition success.

 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports to discuss with management and Customer Service Representative teams
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with the client's needs and objectives

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving environment
