Your New Role as a Customer Service Representative:

• Conduct outbound calls to schedule maintenance visits and follow up on previous services.
• Handle customer inquiries with precision and empathy via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with management on office tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Experienced in both outbound and inbound calls.
• Skilled in using office software and capable of quickly learning new tools.
• Background in-home services or HVAC is advantageous but not required.
• Must have 2 years of customer service experience, including at least 1 year in outbound calling.
