Hi there! We are Jules and our client is looking for a  Customer Service Representative in the Commercial Insurance Industry!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage and update client information using our commercial insurance CRM system.
• Assist in processing insurance claims and policy renewals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and provide support as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial insurance or insurance agencies
• Proficiency in using commercial insurance CRM systems.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
