Job Description : As a Customer Service Representative (Lead Setter), you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer service operations. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, identifying potential leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. Your excellent communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will help drive our business forward. Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound calls from potential customers, providing information about our home improvement services and answering inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to potential leads, qualifying them based on their interest and needs.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with potential customers.
  • Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead setting and appointment scheduling targets.
Basic Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Familiarity with Builder Prime CRM
  • Familiarity with DialPad Phone System
