Salary: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
 
What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative ? You’ll be:
• Handling inbound calls from customers
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries
• Utilizing software skills such as SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office
• Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals
• Reporting to the Call Center Supervisor
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Possess 6-12 months of experience in a call center environment
• Are familiar with software such as SAP and Salesforce (training provided if necessary)
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
