Immediate Openings for a Customer Care Representative to join the amazing team at Northwest Animal Care!!!

Northwest Animal Care has an immediate opening for the position of a Customer Care Representative.  Ideally, we seek applicants with previous experience in a veterinary practice, health practice, kennel or other related animal care employment. We are happy to consider other applicants with customer service experience as well.

Flexibility in schedule and dependability are qualities that are highly regarded and paramount as a condition of employment. Position may require some Saturday shifts. Beginning compensation depends on your individual skill set and level of related experience.

Additional experience that would also be considered a plus would be:

• Tremendous follow-up skills
• Experience processing and handling credit cards, checks and cash
• Entering medical notes and maintaining medical records
• Experience in balancing and reconciling end-of-the-day paperwork
• Experience in scheduling appointments
• Ability to type @45 words per minute or more with basic windows-based computer knowledge
