Investigate and resolve customer deductions, identify and correct contributing factors to avoid future deductions. Report inventory shortages or issues to the appropriate division. TImely assignment of available inventory to meet customer delivery requirements. Dicussions with management and/or sales to review changes in customer demands or deviation requirements may occur. Register customer complaints and provide corrective action for problems encountered in shipping, billing and develop a strong working relationship with external customers. Prior supply chain experience preferred. Functional knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.
