Our Customer Service Reps, or CSR’s, work from our in-office call center delivering stellar customer service while taking inbound customer calls to schedule HVAC & plumbing maintenance & service appointments. Additionally, CSR’s handle a variety of other calls such as payment and refund processing, billing updates, and other job related tasks as assigned. Some outbound calling as necessary. This is a metric-based position with fun added incentives! Don’t have experience or knowledge in HVAC or plumbing? NO PROBLEM! We provide training and all the tools necessary to succeed! **This is an in-office position, we do not currently offer remote. Spanish speaking is a plus!**

 

 

Currently filling the following schedules:

  • Weekends: Friday-Monday 
    • 4 10-hour shifts 8/8:30am-7:00pm
    • Weekend pay differential!
  • Weekdays: Monday-Friday
    • 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, or 10am-7pm
  • Please note, our call center hours will be expanding to 8pm during the summer months and we will be looking for someone to work those later hours soon! Apply now!

What Will I Do?

  • Successfully handle high volume inbound customer service calls
  • Making/handling high volume of outbound calls
  • Respond to e-mail inquiries
  • Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians
  • Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
  • Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicable

Do I have What it Takes?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-year customer service experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
