Customer Service Representative ~ ASAP HIRE for New Expansion 

Calling all individuals with a great personality sense of humour and a background in a person centred position. Such as a Customer Service Assistant, Customer Representative, Customer Support Staff, Retail Worker or a Sales Representative.

Location:  Pittsburgh, PA  15219

Job Type:  Full-Time (Somewhat Flexible) Hours Monday-Saturday

Start Date:  ASAP is best for us, however, we are flexible for the right candidate

The Customer Service Representative:

We’re looking to grow our retail & event-based customer service team so we can represent more brands in more places across the Pittsburgh region. We host regular training workshops to teach systematic customer service and new customer acquisition skills along with general tips for interacting with customers, product information, sales procedures, and more!

The role of CSR will involve the following main duties:

• Creating a positive and exciting atmosphere at events to attract new customers
• Engaging with our client's existing and future customers in conversation about the client
• Answering customer questions, addressing customer concerns, and occasionally handling customer complaints
• Carrying out basic sales transactions for customers that express an interest in the product or service
• Collecting customer details and logging new customer information
• Researching our clients to gain a better understanding of how you can promote their brand
