Adecco is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing business located in Blawnox, Pa. This is temporary to permanent opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

Processing of customer orders by fax, telephone and mail 

Process all changes to orders as directed by management 

Provide customers with pricing per container size, availability of product and shipping information 

Maintain customer files, both electronic and paper, make corrections and make updates

Cross-reference product numbers with customer product orders 

International Orders: Provide sales orders and Proformas against wire transfers and other payment options 

Prepare customs documents for international shipments; correspond with forwarder before and after shipment.

Supply credit applications and copies of invoices upon customer request 

Supply pro number, verbal tracking information and shipping information

Work with carrier for domestic and international forwarder agents providing documents for export.

Work with Production Manager to verify availability of material, shipping instructions and expected wait time for material that needs to be manufactured

Qualifications:

Work independently with minimal supervision and strong ability to problem solve

Strong analytic and computer skills to coordinate department assignments and cross functional activities 

Well organized and adept at handling multiple assignments with critical deadlines

Good communication skills and detail oriented

Experience/Education:

2 years of customer service experience and/or 2+ years of additional education

Conversational Spanish is a plus

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00PM

Pay rate $18 per hour
