Customer Service Spec Location Dublin, OH :

Description As the Customer Service Specialist, in our Intermodal Division, you will ensure accurate customer billing, resolve disputes and perform accessorial analysis. What you'll do:

• Order processing/entry and monitoring successful completion of orders until invoice ready
• Responding to customer inquiries and pro-active communication on off-plan shipments
• Processing customer charges both in STG systems and, where applicable, customer systems and resolving any disputes
• Setting appointments after reviewing capacity constraints
• Documenting customer requirements and maintaining that documentation

What you'll have:

• 1 year of experience in an analytical environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of experience in an analytical environment
• A high level of attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships both internally and externally
