Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Customer Service Specialist in Winston-Salem, NC!

Pay rate: $20.07/hr

Shift availability Mon – Fri, 8a-5p, Hybrid

Length: Four (4) months with possibility of extension

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

• Provide customer service related to Benefit Administration, Health and Welfare, Pension, Retirement questions via phone, email, or webforms

• Load documents into Salesforce

• Data entry

• Operational suppport

Education/Certification Requirements:           

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements:         

• Excellent communication skills

• Benefits experience required

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong admin skills

• Salesforce experience preferred

Note:

This role is Hybrid, thus, open to candidates near/in/around Winston Salem, NC
