Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of stability in previous customer service roles, demonstrating a strong ability to handle high call volumes, while also managing email and chat communications. This position requires a candidate with a proven track record of delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts and breaks. Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of stable experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
