Great Opportunity for customer focused, outgoing and friendly person! We are looking to fill a part time customer service position! . The successful applicant will be work in a fast paced, fun team environment. You will be interacting with clients over the telephone and via email on a daily basis. Our clientele are primarily businesses in and around the Central Indiana market. You will have the opportunity to speak with many of the clients and develop great friendships and be called upon to help them find products that are difficult to locate and to "put on your superhero cape" to swoop in and save them in an emergency! The successful candidates in this role wear a smile everyday, typically have a funny story to tell and care deeply about other people. This candidate is also really organized, loves to talk and can remember everyone's name. Most of all, this candidate is someone who likes to be on a team and believes helping others isn't an option, it's their duty! • Entering orders into our computer system.
• Maintaining special pricing files for our customers.
• Calling customers to check on them, say hello and offer some helpful advice on everyday items we sell! 
• Answering phone calls (we pride ourselves on how quickly we answer the phone).
• Preparing price quotes for new and existing customers.
• Learning about the many office products we offer our clients.
• Printing out and preparing paperwork for our delivery team.
• Creating and entering purchase orders into our computer system.
• Helping out other team members.
• Depending on your skill set, we may even ask you to expand into other parts of our growing company!
• Working with clients when they come into our retail store.
• Helping keep the retail store clean and tidy.

The shift opening that we have available is:

• 11:000am until 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

We currently have 2 physical locations. Castleton, New Castle. This position will work out of our New Castle retail store location. Occasionally, this position may require you to drive to our other offices for training or other functions. This position will offer you the opportunity to meet people.
