Job Description - Customer Service/Dispatcher

We are the premier national drain servicing company, leveraging the most advanced equipment and technology, operated by the most highly trained employees in the industry. We believe in growing our workforce, whether they are in the field or in the office. The Customer Service / Dispatcher role is an integral part of our operations. In this role, you will be using the most advanced technologies in the industry in taking customer calls and dispatching technicians. We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to learn new technologies and processes with a passion to grow their career into managing business operations. Customer Service / Dispatcher Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Learning advanced technologies/tools to effectively perform your job
  • Effectively manage incoming calls
  • Answer calls and triage customers’ needs
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Dispatch technicians based on priority and technician availability
  • Meet personal/team sales targets 
  • Schedule & communicate with technicians to meet customer requirements
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

 

Customer Service / Dispatcher Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
