In this role, you will be using the most advanced technologies in the industry in taking customer calls and dispatching technicians. Customer Service / Dispatcher Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Learning advanced technologies/tools to effectively perform your job
• Effectively manage incoming calls
• Answer calls and triage customers’ needs
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Dispatch technicians based on priority and technician availability
• Meet personal/team sales targets 
• Schedule & communicate with technicians to meet customer requirements
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
