Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


IBM is seeking a talented and passionate Customer Success Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Columbus, Ohio. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and assistance.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and needs in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with onboarding, training, and implementation of IBM products and services. 3. Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback, and work to address them effectively. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements. 5. Monitor customer activity, health, and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and to drive customer retention and growth. 6. Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and resources to support customers. 7. Participate in customer success initiatives and projects to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and proactively. 5. Adaptability to changing priorities and environments. 6. Creative problem-solving skills. 7. Passion for customer success and satisfaction.
