Job Description - Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Lithia Motors is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Success Officer to join our team in New York City, New York. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to address any concerns or issues - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive growth and revenue - Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices - Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve objectives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in customer success or related roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent research and project management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer success goals - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
