Job Description:
Oshkosh is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior experience but with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products or services. 3. Provide product information and guidance to customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Assist in updating and maintaining customer databases. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements: 1. Independent and motivated individuals who can work effectively in a remote setting. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively. 4. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
