Job Description - Customer Support Professional

Become a top-performing Customer Support Professional.

 

Our company is seeking over 10 agents. Our agents choose from many possible positions where they provide support to customers from the comfort of their homes.

Roadside Assistance

We can offer you flexible hours, 100% autonomy, all in the comfort of your home.

The starting pay for our agents is $11-$15/hour (based on your selected client). The earning potential is between $25,000-$40,000 per year.

 

We also include bonuses/incentives based on performance, hours worked, and customer satisfaction.

 

All hours/shifts are available (Days, Evenings, Nights, and weekends) from which you set your own schedule to work. The earning potential is between $25,000-$40,000 per year.

 

 

 

Requirements

 

Call Center Representative Requirements

 

  • Participating in certification courses
  • Providing excellent customer service by guiding and helping others with a friendly attitude.
  • Using your home computer and/or phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and/or live chats to provide awesome customer service.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Follow conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs; clarify their information; research their issues; they provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile when you can.
  • Keep accessible, comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database.
  • Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, plus active listening skills
  • Empathetic customer focus, flexibility to manage many different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Requirements

 

Computer/Office Requirements

 

  • Laptop or Desktop Computer
  • Computer Monitor (15" or higher).
  • Computer Hard Drive with only the following Operating Systems: Windows 10 or Windows 11.
  • Computer Hard Drive with 1 or more GHz dual-core processor and a memory of 8 GB RAM or more.
  • Computer Keyboard and Mouse
  • Hard-Wired Land Line Telephone (plain old telephone line) w/long distance and international long-distance service (preferably through your cable provider) (required for a few clients)
  • Hardwired Broadband Internet Service via DSL, Cable or Fiber Optic with an internet connection: minimum download speed of 10 Mbps or higher and a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps or higher.
  • Internet Software: Chrome
  • 1   Noise canceling headset with microphone (Brands: Logitech, Plantronics or Microsoft)
