Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Detroit. This role will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Pay range:
$18.50 - $28.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update client information, policy details, and other relevant data into the company's database.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and correct any discrepancies.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims processing, and other insurance-related issues.
• Maintain organized records and files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve client inquiries and issues.
• Generate reports and summaries as requested by management.
• Provide administrative support, including copying, scanning, and filing documents.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
