Summary

Digital Entertainment Operator oversees the technology of the entire store, managing the orb show, LED floor, 3D-Mapping and Wall Entertainment.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Programs display monitors for Marketing slide shows.

Maintain a proper battery rotation in the Qless Check-in stations as well as the Security Density iPads.

Maintenance on the Planet 13 Orbs and their system. This includes manual calibration as well as physical repairs to the orbs.

Operators work in tandem with outside vendors on any sever support they may need.

Electrical outages and breakers; lighting for the building including timers for the Lotus Flowers.

Maintain I pad’s, music software and turnstile on sales floor.

Maintains fog machine for P13 VW bus and maintains photo opportunity booth Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized work environment.
Maintains highest level of presentation and customer service.
Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations and industry news.
Daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.                                                                                                         

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to nine months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical background preferred
