Description
UKG is seeking a customer-focused individual to lead a group responsible for a portfolio of customer implementations of our full suite HCM solution. This group is focused on the Enterprise customer segment, which handles large, complex customers with employee populations of 2,500 and above within North America or globally. The Director, Professional Services Consulting owns the overall project delivery, customer experience, and financial results of their portfolio. This role serves as the Executive Sponsor for key accounts within their portfolio and is the escalation point for customer executives. The Director manages other leaders and is responsible for their growth and development as well as those in their organization. The Director collaborates with other leaders to help design and execute UKG strategy within Global Delivery Services.
Responsibilities:
The Director owns the overall customer experience through implementation for each customer in their portfolio
Provides strategic direction and leadership to their managers and other individual contributors in their reporting structure
Serves as the point of escalation above the Manager as needed. Responsible for negotiating and resolving escalated issues that arise during the implementation.
Serves as the Executive Sponsor for UKG on high-profile projects as needed. Builds relationships and engages with C-Level and VP Level customer executives to ensure project oversight and success.
Accountable for meeting company financial metrics and performance targets across their teams and area of responsibility.
Identify opportunities to improve process or results and provide the leadership to create and deliver on new strategic initiatives.
Responsible for the success of their portfolio working with both their own leaders and those reporting into other groups in a matrix structure
Responsible for hiring, development, and performance management of their leaders
Partners with Sales to assist with closing new business
Qualifications
Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills
Has broad experience and knowledge across domains
Success managing a portfolio of complex HCM implementations
Skilled at building and managing relationships with customer executive leadership
Strong people leader with experience hiring and developing team members
Organized, responsive, results driven with ability to think strategically and be a change agent
General business acumen
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
MBA, PMP certification preferred
Up to 25% Travel required

Colorado and New York Pay Law
The pay range for this position in Colorado & New York is $135,200 to $178,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
