Lead approximately 10-15 individual store locations
Supervise sales team and provide mentorship and direction
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities • Meet and exceed sales quotas monthly
• Recruit, promote, retain, and terminate store employees
• Manage and train Store Managers
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director
• Ensure location sales teams follow policies and procedures
• Provide extraordinary customer service
• Plan and delegate key responsibilities
• Analyze sales results and maximize sales
• Maintain merchandising and proper displays
• Coordinate store sales staff activities
Requirements • High school diploma or GED
• 5-7 years of experience in Retail sales
• 4 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• 75% travel required
• Completion of training programs
