Who You Are:
You have a lead-by-example philosophy and will set the bar high in excellence, quality, and safety. You will mentor, train, and build alongside your team on a daily basis to ensure the quality and integrity of our products and validate we're providing 5-star service and increasing customer loyalty and trust. You aim to increase sales and create a winning, successful culture for your team and customers. You will provide leadership to your team and identify areas of development and opportunity.
