Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Engaging Customers: Welcome customers and attendees at marketing events with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
• Providing Product Information: Offer detailed product information and answer inquiries from customers about our clients' products and services, demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Assisting Customers with Transactions: Assist customers with purchases, registrations, or sign-ups for promotions as needed, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Handling Customer Concerns: Address customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as necessary to ensure resolution.
• Maintaining Event Space: Ensure that the event space is clean and organized at all times, including setting up and breaking down displays and promotional materials as needed.
• Collecting Feedback: Collect customer feedback and data to provide insights for future event planning and improvement, contributing to the enhancement of the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
