Equipment Coordinator

Description:

Duties include but are not limited to, ordering parts, buying and selling equipment, including pickup trucks, renting equipment for jobsites, coding and approving invoices, reviewing and approving timecards, assist mechanics in diagnostics on equipment, assist estimating staff on rental prices and cost of equipment. Equipment Manager will be managing multiple mechanics and a parts runner, throughout Arizona, primarily through Phoenix and Flagstaff. Equipment manager is a hybrid role between office work, and field supervision. A majority of time spent will be in the Phoenix office but occasionally having to go to various jobsites.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Needs to have a fundamental understanding of ADOT and DOT requirements for truck drivers, as the mechanics all have CDLs and some have Hazmat certifications.
