We are seeking a skilled and motivated Equipment Service Associate to join our dynamic team. The Equipment Service Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and maintenance of specialized equipment used in our automotive manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the production of world-class vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to robotic systems, assembly line machinery, and diagnostic tools.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Calibration and Testing: Conduct calibration procedures and testing protocols to ensure equipment accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance activities, including service reports, repair logs, and inventory records. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide updates on equipment status and maintenance activities.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and environmental regulations to promote a safe and productive work environment. Participate in safety training programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
And more… Qualifications: Associate degree in a technical manufacturing discipline and 2 years of automation/PLC controls with industrial maintenance, mechanical, electronic systems & PC controls
OR
High school diploma/GED and 2 years technical maintenance experience PLUS 2 years automation/PLC controls with industrial maintenance, mechanical, electronic systems & PC controls
Must be a highly flexible individual who can adjust to changes quickly.
