You'll play a key role in various service areas, including transportation, entertainment, teambuilding activities, and more. **Primary Responsibilities:**- Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Event Production teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations aligned with client objectives.
- Handle quote development, costing, and pricing, ensuring alignment with program vision and client specifications.
- Oversee complex quoting and budget development, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and profit maximization.
- Review and edit proposals from supplier partners to ensure compliance with budget and company standards.
- Conduct innovative product research and development, fostering relationships with supplier partners.
- Participate in client engagement processes, site inspections, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date sales tools and product resources for team use. **Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of event experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. **Compensation and Benefits:**- Salary range: $66,000 to $74,000 per year.
