Commission

• Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and secure sales.
• Identify and prospect potential clients via various channels, including networking, referrals, and leads provided by the agency.
• Assist clients in identifying their insurance needs and suggesting appropriate coverage options.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to policyholders.
• Collaborate with experienced insurance agents to learn about insurance products and sales techniques.
• Participate in training and development programs to prepare for the opportunity to become a licensed insurance agent.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to acquire the necessary licenses and certifications to become a Farmers Insurance agent.
• Commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
