You support our team as

Field Service Co-Op

Responsibilities

• Coordinates project activities
• Collect and analyze data using statistical tools.
• Gather input from team members to facilitate project activities.
• Servicing XALT batteries and associated components in Midland battery service lab.
• Closely follow the investigation of field application/integration issues on-site and/or remotely.
• Review CAN logs and telematic data
• Help answer technical questions posed about our products from customers
• Work closely with SW Applications team to resolve pending after-market service artifacts
• Participate in root cause investigations of service issues.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in USA without any sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in accredited college or university in Mechanical/ Electrical or Automotive / Alternative Energy engineering.
• Must be graduating Dec 2024 - Dec 2025
• Must have GPA 2.5 and above.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
