Field Service Coordinator

Summary of Job Functions and Equipment:

-Internal company relations

-External relations with customers and vendors

-Customer Satisfaction

-Technical competency of field, mechanical, and electrical activities

-Service sales to operations turnover

-Administrative, accounting, and sales support

-Coordination of staff Materials and equipment procurement

-Subcontract administration

-Work order scheduling

-Back up and support Customer Service dispatching

Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers. Values and display exceptional customer service Strong organization skills Strong communication and coordination skills Minimum 1-3 years in HVAC or facility service-related business

Minimum Qualifications:

Over 18 years of age High School diploma or GED Familiarity with HVAC/Facility Service business Strong written and verbal English skills Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
