Job Description - Field Service Manager

If you enjoy taking care of customer s and leading a team, consider join ing us as a Field Service Manager . You will be directly involved in the day-to-day success of the equipment service department , scheduling work, communicating with customers and d irecting the work of technicians in the field . Your focus will be on our customers and our technicians with the goal of providing superior customer service and fostering a great work environment.  

 

What You Will Do in This Role :  

  • Ensure work is performed safely  
  • Develop schedule to meet customer needs  
  • Communicate with customers and technicians on repairs , status, price and follow-up  
  • Ensure technicians have necessary training and tools needed  
  • Review work orders and their status  
  • Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.  

 

Our I deal C andidate :  

  • Previous employee management  
  • Excellent communication and customer service experience  
  • Experience or knowledge of heavy equipment  
  • Experience working in a service department  
  • Ability to drive and valid license required
