FIELD TEAM MANAGER
Location: Honolulu Hawaii
Full-Time
Pay: $55k base + $5-$10k bonus potential Are you a manager that loves hands on work and staying physically active? As our  Field Team Manager you will be responsible for leading the moving team in the field, as well as assisting with operations duties in the office. This position will split their time 50% in the field and 50% in the office.  Field Duties (50%): 

• Lead by example in the field - achieve expectations set out for movers while ensuring high-quality execution of company policies and procedures
• Monitor and ensure successful completion of jobs
• Drive and continuously develop a positive culture among the moving team
• Oversee training and help to develop employee’s professional skills in areas such as customer service, profitability, and safety

Office Duties (50%):

• Oversee day to day operations
• Assist with the creation of the daily/weekly schedule
• Actively manage the team to help them achieve their target KPIS
• Complete end of day paperwork
• Monitor customer satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues that arise

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license & clean driving record 
• Must have 1+ year of moving experience
• Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional customer experiences
• Active & Energetic - enjoys physical work and motivated to lead the team to success in the field 
• Strong desire to help others excel and meet weekly goals
