We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our finance organization supporting the AWS Infrastructure Services - Supply Chain Finance team. You should be passionate about producing financial analysis enabling management to make breakthrough decisions, drive cash flow, and ultimately delight our customers. You should be comfortable with working with ambiguity, diving deep into detail, and be able to communicate the story behind the numbers.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Perform monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting processes for spares expenditures
- Partner with AWS Infrastructure FP&A and business partners to create descriptive and prescriptive analysis - Work cross-functionally with business partners and various finance teams on strategic initiatives requiring NPV analyses and monthly reporting on financial status - Develop metrics and reports to provide visibility into cost structure and drive actionable goals - Develop business cases for ad-hoc projects and present recommendations to AWS senior management. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
