Fiscal Management Services Program Manager

Position Summary:  T he Fiscal Management Services Program Manager oversees the development and growth of the FMS Programs by providing direct supervision and oversight to the FMS leaders. The FMS Program Manager is knowledgeable in and helps in overseeing program logistics and contract compliance, developing new program policies, evaluating program curriculum, and ensuing that standards and guidelines are adhered to with high quality performance. Essential Functions (Primary Duties): 

• Provide direct supervision and oversight of FMS leaders.
• Ensure that programming and billing meet required standards with established processes and contract compliance.
• Hire, train, and motivate team.
• Create program measurement tools, oversee data collection, and evaluate outcomes.
• Hold staff accountable for accomplishing goal completion as well as establish goals and plans for the upcoming year.
• Successfully pass ODP Certified Investigator course and ensure program compliance with entering incidents as required by the state.

Education/Relevant Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. Five plus years of non-profit or for-profit programmatic experience in a leadership role.
