Job Description - Floating Customer Service Representative

Are you bored with the typical 9-5 desk job? Do you thrive in fast paced environments? Come join us at Waukesha State Bank as the newest Floating Customer Service Representative in our East Region!

Customer Service Representatives drive customer service excellence by building customer relationships, exuding professionalism, and assisting on the new accounts team. CSR's role model of accuracy, organization and attention-to-detail for the new account team and teller staff.

Floating CSRs are paid a premium rate and mileage, to travel between our branch offices on the east side of Waukesha County.
