Kelly ® Professional & Industrial is looking for Warehouse Associates, specifically Forklift Operators , to work at our premier Fortune 500 client that is one of the world’s largest vertically integrated manufacturers and distribution centers for medical supplies. These positions are in Southaven, MS.

• No High School Diploma or GED required

• $19.44/hr for Reach Truck Operators

• 2nd shift: Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm. OT will be required as needed

• Fortune 500 healthcare logistics customer

• Casual dress environment: t-shirt and shorts allowed (steel-toed shoes required)

• Any type of Forklift experience is acceptable; Reach Truck experience is not required

How will you contribute? You’ll be:

• Order picking:

• Picking orders to be shipped and ensuring proper labels and paperwork have been applied before shipping

• Replenishing stock

• Loading and unloading product

• Responsible for ensuring that all warehouse functions are completed accurately and on time

• Keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment

• Utilizing material handling equipment such as a Reach Truck safely and efficiently

• Assuring that shipping/receiving counts match picking/purchase order documents

Your Key Qualifications:

• 6 months of Forklift experience for the Forklift/Reach Truck Operator position

• Self-motivated with the ability to work with a diverse group of people and be a team player

• Basic math knowledge

• Ability to operate or learn how to operate an Electric Pallet Jack and RF Scanner

• Proven Reach Truck experience or general Forklift experience with the ability to be trained to operate a Reach Truck

• Must be willing to keep work area clean throughout shift
