THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR FRONT DESK WORKER

YOUR ROLE:

From managing communications to scheduling appointments, your attention to detail will be key in maintaining 100% data accuracy across all appointments. You'll be the go-to person for rescheduling, canceling, and addressing any broken appointments, all while maintaining a consistently high rate of kept appointments. You'll be at the front lines of patient check-ins, ensuring each patient has all the necessary information and preparing providers with the details for their treatment. Additionally, you'll be in charge of handling payments, collecting and scheduling them with ease. Attentive to detail, you'll assist patients in completing required forms in preparation for those important re-exams at appropriate intervals.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Communication and customer service skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Assertiveness

The following is preferred but not required:

• Healthcare or customer service experience
• Proficiency with electronic health records systems

Originally from Elizabethtown, PA, our founder, Dr. Tomasetti, earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX. In addition, he has amassed over 500 hours of post-graduate study in nutrition, diagnostic technologies, and applied kinesiology.
