Job Description - Full Time Customer Relations Representative

NOLA Management is a fast-paced customer acquisition company dedicated to helping our clients expand their customer base and drive growth. We specialize in innovative outreach strategies and solutions to connect brands with potential customers. As a Full Time Customer Relations Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and fostering positive interactions to drive customer acquisition success.

Full Time  Customer Relations Representative Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with clients' needs and objectives.

Full Time  Customer Relations Representative Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
