The FUTURE Program Trainee job is to learn the chosen trade of the program by acting as a Helper for technicians in that trade and completing training courses assigned.    
Responsibilities

• Assist with repair or service on jobs in the chosen trade
• Perform tasks around the office as part of training, including but not limited to:  office furniture building, drywall, painting, drain clearing, light switches, etc.
• Complete trainings assigned, including but not limited to in-office hands-on training, on-the-job training, safety training, etc.

Qualifications (Required)

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to pass a drug screening/background check
